Delivery Terms

The products you have purchased are started to be sent by courier on the 3rd working day after the end of the campaign, but in some special cases, this period may take up to 7 working days. After the cargo is sent, the cargoes of the city centers at a distance of 600 km may vary according to the mode of transportation of the cargoes you prefer to the provincial centers at a distance of more than 600 km, within 24 hours and are delivered to your address as soon as possible. In settlements other than city centers, deliveries are made according to the current distribution plan of the cargo company. (Except for emergency, force majeure, weather and road conditions).In international shipments, the product is delivered to the cargo to be determined and worked by the Customers, and the transportation process is between the customer and the cargo.

For special transportation requests and services that are not specified in the contracts, the parties may cooperate with other pricing provided that they mutually agree.

In order for your products to reach you without any problems, it is recommended that you fill in the delivery information section completely.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Returns and product exchanges without excuse (Right of Withdrawal):
Your return period is 30 days. If the product did not meet your expectations for various reasons, you have the right to return it within 7 days without any excuse. The return process applies to products included in the return coverage. The fee for the returned products delivered to us in a period exceeding 14 days is not made through payment. The price of the product can be defined as a voucher to your user account.
